Raised by a long line of chefs and bakers, it only made sense to open a makery that is devoted to providing the tastiest goods that showcase fresh ingredients and artisanal skills. Motivated by the welcoming community I am apart of in Salida, Colorado, I  strive to serve you with only the best of who I am, my skills, and the premium ingredients the Earth offers. Now, you're probably wondering, "Well what about this Olive & Toast name?" Don't worry, I did not forget. The sweetest, most mischievous English Cream Golden Retriever named Olive...and Toast (she runs to the sound of the toaster..for real) is our namesake.
